2026 ROCK THE LAKE MARKETPLACE EXHIBITOR INFORMATION OVERVIEW Rock the Lake (RTL) offers a unique and loyal audience by bringing together attendees from all over West Central Ohio and surrounding counties. The crowd has exceeded 10,000 people in each of the past two years. The Marketplace is a collection of vendors offering a variety of food, merchandise, and products for purchase, as well as area businesses and organizations. RTL is a great opportunity to market your company, non-profit, or school. DETAILS - Fee: $100 - (1) 10x10 space - Exhibitors must provide all items to set up their space including tents, tables, and chairs. - Electric is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Exhibitors must provide their own extension cords and power strips. - Exhibitors are NOT permitted to sell or give away any food, candy, beverages, or merchandise without prior permission from RTL. - RTL has the right to deny and/or remove the distribution of any items with offensive graphics, slogans or photos. - Setup is from 9:00-1:00pm the day of the event. - Mandatory hours are from 1:00-9:00pm. - Exhibitors may teardown and leave after the headliner begins, which is around 9:00pm. - Parking is in the main asphalt lot.
