Roy Hall Jr. is a national speaker passionately encouraging audiences to stay motivated, maintain a positive perspective, and to walk in purpose. He also captivates listeners with his fiery and candid delivery on his Roy Hall Jr. Podcast, leaving them feeling charged and inspired to overcome private challenges so that they can become the best people and professionals that they can be.

Roy earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the Ohio State University. He was a standout football player for Ohio State and was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the 2007 NFL Draft. Roy played five years of professional football.

Roy is also a co-founder and Executive Director of the Driven Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides basic human needs to families to help combat poverty and build hope.
