Chili cook off, blog style!
Nothing is better on a day with wintry weather than a nice big bowl of hot chili. This day in age chili isn’t just meat and beans. I’m sharing with you my personal chili to-make list. These creative and spectacular takes on the traditional chili, as we know and love will send your taste buds into a riptide of excitement! I can’t wait to start making these. Chili Week anyone? Let’s dig in!
Mango Black Bean Chipotle Coke Chili – The sweetness of the mango and coke pair perfectly with the smokiness of the paprika & chipotle peppers. I mean, what’s better than sweet & spicy?
Creamy Cheesy White Chicken Chili – A southwest take on chicken chili. Who can argue with all this cheese?
Pork Chili Verde – A healthy and light option. (I’ve made this recipe but with chicken, and it was definitely a crowd favorite!)
Sweet Fire Chili – A spicy option with sweet potatoes! Like I need an excuse to cook with sweet potatoes…
Black Bean & Quinoa Chili – A vegetarian option. And there’s a secret ingredient. Shhhh…
Buffalo Chicken and Bean Chili – Love buffalo chicken dip? Then you must try this indulgent, and healthy, chili!
Spicy Mole Chili – There’s chocolate in this recipe. Need I say more?
Hawaiian Chicken Chili – Pineapples add a sweet element to a normally spicy and hearty chili. Ohhhh the flavors!
Braised Short Rib & Bacon Chili – I love that the typical ground beef, turkey or chicken was used in this hearty recipe. Change it up! And bacon!
Sweet Potato Chorizo Chili w/ Poblano-Avocado Crema and Goat Cheese – Long name. It takes a little longer to make this chili because of the crema, but I’ve been told it’s SO worth it.
